The outside of the Pocket Change™ LITE  is classic black & water resistant, while the inside is 100% cotton. Unlike most small diaper bags, the cotton changing pad doesn’t get cold in the winter or hot and sticky in the summer – it’s soft and natural. Completely machine washable, too. Easy one-handed velcro closure.
