That might scare my 5 year old a bit, so I have to have a handy alternative.

Notice I said “handy”.

I have more “things to do with preschoolers” books than I can fit on my Sensational Beginnings canvas bookcase… But - I love how each activity starts out with something like, oh, this: “Get 5 clothespins, an empty cardboard egg carton and a salad spinner…” I have, let’s see here, right - not ONE thing on that list!

 So I’m stuck playing cars again.

Then I had it - the Aha! moment. (Came to me in the bathroom. Why do we moms always hang out in there? Duh.)

Moms need a bunch o’ ideas for fun stuff (that means fun for both you AND your kiddo) that don’t require stuff we don’t have!

So, welcome, and stay a while… we’ll play fun stuff together!
